Perfect Chorizo seasoning
Me and my dad made some chorizo using this chorizo spice mix plus cooking some fresh peppers and using red wine vinegar and it is delicious I plan to buy more chorizo seasoning.

Savory Chorizo seasoning
This seasoning is more savory than traditional chorizo. I will add cinnamon and cloves to my next batch. Still a very good flavor, just missing the sweet notes.

Poor (covered) directions
I was kind of upset with its bland flavor. After getting it all put together I cooked my first sausage and was really missing the mark. Went back and looked at the package and saw they put a label over the direction to add vinegar. Either start over and re-stuffing it or toss it.

Me and my family really like the taste of this sausage seasoning. It’s really good stuff. Will order again. Plus it doesn’t have all the crap (msg etc) that some other seasoning have. Their farm house blend is also recommended.
