Says "straps only." Does that literally mean only the straps - doesn't include the screws and brackets? Or is is straps and hardware, but no pedals?

Only excludes pedals. Screws and brackets included. Make sure your pedals are compatible.

how would I know if it will work with the pedals on my bike which have no label?

Look at the pictures. If your pedals have holes for the bolts which secure the ends of the straps to the pedal, you're good. If there are no holes for the bolts, they won't work.

Can i use these with mks- graphite xxx pedals?

To my knowledge, they work only with old-school bear trap pedals.

My reflectors are attached with screws...can a strap be installed between the pedal and the reflector?

I don’t think so if those screw holes are the only holes on your pedal. My straps attach from the fat left to the far right, front to back of the pedal. You might try contacting the manufacturer for solutions. Good luck - I love mine!
