and although I love using them
I purchased a different set of ceramic knives prior to this one, and although I love using them, they are a bit smaller than I would like and my knuckles were always hitting the cutting board. These knives, however, are absolutely wonderful in every respect. Comfortable non slip handles, a wide blade, and razor sharp. I will certainly buy more of these and put my 20 year old Wusthof set away.

Great product, sharp
Wow, cuts so easily. Scary sharp.im cutting sweet potatoes.they destroyed my French fry cutter. This knife cuts so easily I am able to cut thin slices. Sharpen with a diamond hone.

If you like to chop
Unbelievable sharpness. I am actually a little afraid of it! I bought these knives for the 2 chefs in our family and they both are swearing by them. I myself am still using kiddie scissors so these knives are on my taboo list. If you like to chop, slice, and cut....there ya go.

Both knife blades came out of the handles.
Wile the knife blade is thin and sharp, something I really liked, both knives failed and are now useless. The blades of both separated from the handles, came right out. so i have to classify them as junk.

Best Slicing Knives in our Kitchen
Wife has been waiting to try out Ceramic. She understands the built in short comings vs steel. She LOVES these; says they are way sharper than metal knives; and slice like a breeze. She could NOT be happier. I bought them as a Christmas gift for her so I am happy too.

Unsafe - Doesn't cut straight
The knife is not symmetrical - very sharp and cuts crooked - Very dangerous - spend more money, and get the kyocera....

These knives are very sharp. The cook's knife is big.

I personally did not like the feel of these as i was slicing
I personally did not like the feel of these as i was slicing. There seemed to be a lot of friction...while slicing zucinni. I tried my not well sharppened stainless steel knife (the ones i want to replace) and could not note a big diffrence in performance.I cannot recomend this product
