My experience with the safe so far has been 5-star. When it arrived, I was worried because the corner of the outer box was crushed. But when I opened it there was another very sturdy box inside that was very well made, with thick walls and handles. I was impressed and not surprised at all that the sage was in perfect condition when I opened the inner box. The biometric scanner works well. Both my wife and I have multiple finger prints on it. We have two number pass codes to get into it. Then there are two keys. So far we’ve only had to use the biometric scanner. The scanner is fast and the safe East to open. On the inside, there’s plenty of room for my two hands guns, cases, and ammo. As well as the large hunting knives that I have. We have also started keeping our ss cards, passports and birth certificates in it; with room to spare It can be secured through holes in the back or the bottom. It’s not fire proof. My son just got a night stand lock box for his guns, now he wishes he’d gotten this one! 2022 12 - Update Review I'm soooo impressed with this safe. It continues to be secure and work as advertised. I expected to be changing the battery in it at least once a year, but its working as strong as the day i unboxed it. I would definitely recommend this safe for handguns and documents, If you you don't need it to be fireproof.

Setting up the fingerprints for my wife and me was very straightforward, and the safe's fingerprint recognition was just as quick — far simpler and more reliable than my Gunvault MVB500, which usually requires 4 or 5 attempts to open. With this safe, a single swipe grants access. I also like having three opening options, although the numeric code seems largely unnecessary since, if the battery dies and the fingerprint can't be recognized, the key backup works perfectly. Regarding some reviews stating the safe is too light, that criticism is baseless. It's unrealistic to expect a small safe to be heavy enough to prevent theft; even if it weighed 200 pounds, determined thieves could still carry it away. The light weight is acceptable because the safe includes bottom and back mounting holes, allowing it to be securely attached to the floor or wall.

This is my 3rd tigerking safe. I have had no issues. I will continue to be their customer.

I can’t give 5/5 review. PROS: - Offers plenty of room to store valuables such as a gun, money, medicine, or any other kind of important stuff. - Comes with a removable shelf - Available in multiple colors to go alone with the theme of your room or office. - The safe comes with 2-keys as a backup to get into the safe if the 4-AA batteries die. - Comes with a LOW Battery indicator so you know when to replace the battery. - TigerKing takes it a step further if you lost your keys and the internal battery is dead. They provide an external battery pack with a plug that connects to the front of the safe. The plug allows you to gain access to the digital pad lock which allows you to open the safe. - Comes with 4-bolts to allow you to drill into a wall, or table with pre-driller holes. - Spare keys comes with unique ID number along with a matching 3-numbers on the key slot on the safe. - Passcode display lights up blue and is very bright. It also comes with a very clear display which should help people with bad eyesight. - Allows for 2-passcodes to be set ranging from 1-8 digits. - Safe comes with a soft carpet for the bottom of the safe. CONS: - Safe moves easily if not bolted down on smooth surfaces. - Upon opening the safe I noticed multiple paint chips on the exterior and interior ( including on the shelf) [ I am waiting for feedback from the company on this issue} {pictures will be posted above) - Chrome is plated and looks cheaply made. - Removable logo for hidden key is cheaply made with noticeable sprayed paint on the back. - please note: The safe is not fire or water resistant, so don’t put anything you not want to lose inside of it. - The 4-AA internal batter case is connected into the door. The case is lifting up. (Picture will be shown.) - There is no silent mode while entering in a passcode or the ability to lower or higher the button sounds. - The safe allows for 1-master code and 1-regular passcode. I do not see the reason for having a master and a regular passcode when the master code does not have any additional benefit then the regular code. They both allow you to change your password and they both deactivate the security alarms. - The safe comes with a feature that allows you to hide your passcode being displayed as you enter the code. Unfortunately this must be done each and every time you want to enter the passcode. (Press #, press *, enter passcode then press # to unlock. - The shelf only sits on top and does not lock securely into place. This could of been the reason for the inside having paint chips and scratches as it was delivered in such condition with no padding. OVERALL, I would recommend this safe to anyone who has to keep kids or nosey people out of their belongings. The safe has an anti-prying design. Anyone who wants a decent secure safe that is within a budget price should get this product. It also comes with a 1-year Warrenty if you register the product online. ===========================

Very pleased with our new Tigerking safe. Just the right size. Setup wa explained well ant it works great.

The safe has some vulnerabilities as far as being able to reset the fingerprint and password. Otherwise I'm content.

I knew for $128 not to expect too much. Even with that, I was disappointed. When I picked the box up from the front porch, I knew there was a problem. It was too light. If I wanted to do so, I could have carried it with one hand. When I pulled it out of the box, I understood why. While the door was fairly decent, the body of the lockable storage box was too thin. You could probably punch through it with a hammer and a flat tip screwdriver. A chisel would be better. I did receive all of the components. In spite of the grammatical errors, the directions were written in a manner that was easy to follow. I was so underwhelmed, however, that I did not try to set any of the two codes. I thought of keeping it. Less than forty-eight hours later, I have decided it is not worth keeping. It was packaged nicely. The shipping box even had built in carrying handles

Tigerking exceeded all modern day expectations for customer service. A year after purchase, my daughter had not set up the fingerprint access and accidentally lost the keys. I gave it a shot and Tigerking actually mailed us out a replacement set of keys at no charge. We couldn't believe it and are SO grateful! Tigerking gets an A+++ from us! Thank you guys so much!:)

Just the right size , not to heavy. Using it to keep valuables safe.

I love my safe. I don’t put very much in it at the moment, but I do think it’s a great item.

Locking Mechanism is good and easier to configure if we follow the user guide. I received additional hardware with like headphone jack and don't know what is that used for & where to plug that in (not mentioned that in the User guide).
