No cord to be mobile anywhere Review: not much use - This thing cannot rip an 8 ft 2x4 without the battery overheating which shuts down the motor. Tried to cut smaller pieces but the same thing happened. It would cut the first piece and thermal on the second piece. I love the rest of my metabo tools but this one is really useless as a table saw. It works slightly better with the 110 adapter but still overheats and stops the motor. Metabo said that this is normal.
