Excellent product
Laptop is of excellent quality. Screen stylus was dysfunctional and was never replaced as promised, however overall a quality product. Also, Laptop will not perform windows update for some unknown reason.

Purchased to replace a very outdated laptop and desktop. Have not moved my desktop files over yet, but so far so good. Very fast.

Good comupter
4 star simply because the mouse touch pad thing is so long, that a right handed person such as myself. Is always hitting it with the side of my hand when trying to click the left side of the pad. I wish it had buttons to click rather than a full sensor mouse.
