BAIONE Kickstand Extension Pad for GL1800, Motorcycle Aluminum Extender Foot Side Stand Support Plate for Honda GL1800 Goldwing 1800 F6B 2018-2021

I spent a grate amount of time tightening this t5hing down on a 2021 Honda GL1800. It was quite difficult to get the three screws evenly tightened so there were no off angles and they were well tightened.It fell off on the first use. I was parked with the kick stand down okay, but when I kicked it up to take off, it just fell off.

While the kickstand fits all the way into the pad, the screws are too short to reach when it is all the way in. As you can see in the picture, the toe of the kickstand is not all the way in. This is as far I could go with still getting the screws in enough to grab, which isn't much. I am concerned that it is going to fall off eventually. I used blue Loctite on the screws, but I will still have to check it regularly... forever.When installing, I put the screws on loosely to hold the top and bottom parts together, then "gently" tapped the pad on with a hammer to push it in more, then tightened the screws the last little bit they would go.Looks cool though and helps in soft ground!

Added this to my 2021 Goldwing. It a very heavy bike and the stock kickstand pad is small. This probably tripled the contact patch area. I doubt it would be enough for a really hot day, or soft ground, but it an improvement over what comes stock.

Applied this to the kickstand of my 2021 Goldwing. It offers 50% more surface area to the bottom of the stand. With temperatures over 100 degrees, I am confident that my Goldwing will be standing when I return.

The shoe looks well made and durable but you have to slightly modify it to get it to work.

This is perfect for my Goldwing FSB it makes it easier to get my foot on it with my floor board pegs and spreads the weight out so 8t doesn't sink if your not on pavement. Just remember to tighten it or use some thread lock after install.
