This stuff was a lifesaver when I was dealing with severe lactose intolerance. I would get really painful bloating and gas that felt trapped, and sometimes it would become downright uncomfortable. I didn’t realize how much it was helping until I ran out. When I took it, the gas would start moving through instead of just sitting there making me miserable. Usually within a few hours I’d get relief, and by the next morning the bloating was significantly better. If you deal with painful, trapped gas and bloating, this is definitely worth keeping on hand. It’s become one of those products I don’t like being without. 😅

I’m heavily pregnant and all of a sudden I was dealing with gas pain on and off all day for over a week. The pain was excruciating and I wasn’t understanding what was wrong until I realized it was trapped gas pain. Did a google search where it recommended this type because it doesn’t cross through the bloodstream. I took one pill to start and feel like I don’t even need to take anymore because it seems to have worked relatively fast and a day later I still feel fine. We’ll see how long it lasts. I will say that the box it came in was completely damaged and I was nervous at first but the product itself is fine.

Seems to help, but if you are on a glp one, not the perfect answer but seems to help with some of the symptoms you may have.

A necessity for Travel. If you get bloated and painful tummy while flying try taking one three hours before your flight and one right before your flight. It helps me so much.

Not sure why off brands of this don't work as well, but they don't. So I just look for the largest box of the highest mg dose. Otherwise I end up taking 2. The max used to be 180mg I think. Which still I'd end up taking 2 most of the time. This new 250 works better for me. It's nice that some name brands are still worth the price. Some of my normal meds cause some burping so this is really helpful. Also being FODMAP sensitive and lactose intolerant makes life just miserable without something to stop the bloating. It would be nice if modern medicine could get together and figure out what to do about SIBO because obviously that's going on for me. But until then...
