This stuff really works, like I’m back in high school! I did get some mild unfavorable responses such as; slight headache, some nasal congestion and a little bit of heartburn. Nothing a headache pill and a swig of antacid can’t fix. As others have recommended be sure to stay hydrated although I did not abstain from alcohol (at all) I did drink lots of water. I'm 42 and don’t need any help “down there” but this takes it to the next level! Like crazy! With any supplement, always only take half until you know how it will effect you. This is in capsule form so I opened it up and pored half into a sports drink the first time, now I take the whole capsule, with water. It lasts 3-4 days for me. This works while engaged in “activity” and when not, epic finish too! Would highly recommend!

This product did do it's job but was very painful and couldn't sleep after. It took a good while to leave my system. It made me extremely restless as in laying in bed hurt and couldn't rest. Also excessive heartburn and DO NOT mix with alcohol. I suspect this product might also help if you have a back or leg injury of some kind to speed up the healing process. Amazing product with real side effects that are not pleasant, however, does do what it advertises. Drink at least more than a gallon of water for at least 4 days after taking this product. This product does have good value and recommend it if your healthy and fit with plenty of access to water. This product is the real deal and very intense. It is an herbal remedy that requires a lot of water consumption with no alcohol or minimal at best

I was very skeptical and read every review and thought I would give it a try. I have tried the blue pills with hit or miss results. Well, I took the recommended dose and I drank a ton of water. But I took it shortly after I ate and I think that might’ve affected it because it didn’t do anything but give me heartburn and a flushed feeling in my face. The second time, I decided to take it on an empty stomach (with a ton of water). It worked fairly quickly and it kept on working. The downside was how severe the heartburn was this time and how fast the heartburn began. After I was able to do the deed twice, I couldn’t fall asleep because of the severity of the heartburn. Finally it calmed down some, but then my legs and thighs started aching. I didn’t sleep much that night. I woke up the next day and the heartburn was back, a headache had started and my legs were aching on and off. So weird. The heartburn lasted a few days and it would be mild to severe. So, the product does work but the side effects are real. If I do try the product again, I might try another reviewer’s suggestion of opening the capsule and using a smaller amount in a lot of water.
