Generac 7019 OneWash 3,100 PSI, 2.4 GPM, Gas Powered Pressure Washer and PowerDial Gun

The media could not be loaded.  See included video. I had high hopes for this pressure washer but am very disappointed. One of the features I liked most on this unit was the ability to adjust the pressure via the wand dial and without having to change the tips however on the lower two pressure settings the unit shakes violently and begins to walk. Within in the first hour of use it had vibrated the screw off of my water shut off valve, vibrated the water hose loosen and another nut loose on the pressure washer itself. I have no confidence that this unit will survive long term so it is going back. As a side note another disappointment is that it takes several pulls to crank this engine even after it has warmed up. I had this product for a little over a year. I've followed all instructions, including oil changes. I loved it, washed my truck once a week, did a few larger projects. Run time was around 12 hours. I went to start it one day, about to clean out my electric air filters and it would not pull. I eventually got it to pull, thinking it was a robe issue, but it was not. Seemed flooded. I inspected the oil talk, and gas came shooting out the oil tank.I use the correct gas, and follow the instructions. I hear warranty is a nightmare with Generac, so I am glad I purchased 4 year from square trade, suppose to have free shipping for repair, to avoid the crazy repair shops you read about in these reviews.Stand by for an update, great world....I have hope in this product!UPDATE - SquareTrade sends me to Generac, and Generac tries to send me 200 miles away to a repair center that will probably say some more BS.Update 9/4/18 - Amazon has helped me work with SquareTrade to get reimbursed for the product. Both companies will continue to get my business. Generac will no longer get my business. If you have a warranty on items you should feel secure about owning it, not fearing you won't find resolution.

Works really well. I usually read the negative reviews first. Just to see the kind of complaints and make a guess whether they are product problems or user problems. There are several complaints about initial start up of the engine. I noticed an oil stain on the box when I opened it. This told me the box had been on its side or upside down during shipping to me. This allowed the residual oil in the crankcase (the oil is removed before shipping) to flow into the cylinder and out through the carburetor, making it impossible to start. Removing the air cleaner and pouring a few drops of gas in the carburetor got it running right away. Lots of blue smoke initially but cleared right up. If this sounds too hard for you to do buy your pressure washer from a local dealer, not on the internet. Before you hook up your water hose make sure all the air is out of it by running the water for a while. After you are done using the machine disconnect the wand hose from the pump. Pull the stater rope a few time and watch the water squirt out of the pump.

It took over two weeks to ship. Product arrived with no visible damage. Appeared to be packed good. Instructions are good. It started on second attempt and ran well but then stopped. Maybe out of gas so refueled. It has not started again. Fuel was bought that day. I let it cool overnight in the garage. Triple checked instructions. Phone support person was personable but had no information about this model. She had no trouble shooting instructions. She said to put it on half choke or no choke. There is no manual choke. She said to make sure gas line valve is open. There is no gas line valve. It is really disappointing that I must take it to Service Center after one tank of gas used.Update: The Service Center got it running again. All they did was spray some carb cleaner and put in fresh gas. Cost me 43$ because warranty would not cover "fuel issue." If it was a fuel problem then it came that way from the store. Anyway it started when I got it home. Used one tank of gas and then it would not start again. Just to be sure, I bought fresh gas again. It would not start. I don't think it is the gas because I have used the same gas purchase in my mower, string trimmer and chain saw with no problem.This time I sprayed my own carb cleaner. No reason to haul it twenty miles and pay 43$. I got it started and used it for about a half tank of gas and then it stopped again. I did the carb cleaner thing again and it has run for two tanks of gas with no problem.My theory is that the needle valve had a little something in it from the manufacture and hopefully, whatever it is has been cleaned up. Adding a star because when it is running, I really like using it. The design is smart and the electric start is saving my poor old shoulders. I want a starter like that on all my small motors.Generac should send me 43$.

The power washer is good but the hose pupped and water flow everywhere after 20 min of operating. Had to buy a new hose for $50 at Home Depot.

This pressure washer helped me make short work of my spring cleanup. It started on the first pull from out of the box. Easy to use, and great pressure.

We love this pressure washer. We had another gas powered which was good but didn't hold a candle to this one. Arrive quickly

Generac SpeedWash 3200, is a must have product. Power washed my house and interlock brick driveway without any issues... Quality parts, easy starting and great instructions for the new machine. 👍
