I FEEL SO FULL!!
I just took my chances and ordered this. It came today and OMG!! I could not finish WATER? I poured the powder in 500ml and started sipping. I snacked before very light (we are talking one piece of bread & one cupcake) I then drank this. 8hrs later I STILL feel full and I STILL haven't finished drinking it because I was already so full lol. It's so amazing. I'll update on the weight loss in a week because I AM PRETTY SURE I'll drop about 10lbs by then. But be on the lookout of the update. I'm at 145lbs right now

Lumpy/ nasty flavor
This does not mix well with liquid, and the taste is indescribably bad
