I've purchased two of these from different manufactures. They last 12-18 months then just stop working without warning. The first one died at home and I just put med in refrigerator. This one died during a trip, 300 miles from home. I had to find a large container and ice to keep my insulin cold. They are fantastic when they work. Just beware they do not last very long.

Broke the first day I got it, kept shutting off. Don’t recommend.

Cooler is operating well for now. I’ve seen reviews under this product saying it doesn’t last long so fingers crossed.

It's less than 2 years old. It died while I was out of town, Fortunately, there wasn't more than 2 doses of eye meds. I should have bought the product plan.

Very happy with this small frig for my type 1 diabetic for college. I needed something that was at a constant temp to keep insulin cool. It can fit up to 8 insulin vials. You do not need the battery if you are not traveling and the machine can stay plugged all the time to stay at a desired temp.

It keeps my insulin in safe temperature range during trips by car, plane and ship. I have used it on all 3 and never had a problem, battery lasts plenty long enough (over 8 hours) to get to my destinations where I can plug it in.

First of all, it seems there's no way to switch °C to °F. The unit shows 6°C which should be 42.8°F but instead the actual reading inside the unit is 56.8°F which is way too warm to store medicine. Throw it in the garbage.
