No problem connecting to Alexa - Alexa only reads temp not humidity, but no real issue. Seems to work great.

Easy to set up on the Tuya app and Alexa. Downside is Alexa does not show humidity and temp is Celsius for some reason. It does show Fahrenheit and the humidity in the Tuya app though. The tiny screen is useless without a back light. For the price it is fine to occasionally check the temp/humidity but if you need more control , look at other products.

Terrible screen. Can't see it very well from even a few feet away. But otherwise it works as it's supposed to. The Sonoff thermometer however has an amazing screen and easily screen from across the room.

Well, I think it's pretty underhanded not to disclose that the actual minimum temp the sensor can detect is freezing. I would think most users of these devices, especially those whose pipes freeze in the winter time, would be very interested in monitoring temps at and below freezing. In my case I have an RV that I monitor remotely, and that is an important thing. I set the alarm for 33F, hoping this will catch a freeze event, but beyond that, I have no way of knowing if that will be a slight freeze or a hard one. So this sensor is barely adequate. Another reason why I gave it three stars, and frankly tempted to give it less, is its really barebones alarm that comes in for free. Yes, you have to pay for a more decent messaging, like sms. All you get for free is app notifications, and not sure if those even show up unless the app is running. Very little documentation on this. Also, why is there a physical button to switch hour format and temperature units? Those should be handled remotely. I mean, that's the whole point of buying a wifi enabled device, right? Remote monitoring and control. The only thing that button should do is a physical hard reset. I'm keeping it, for now. The other nit I had, SafeSense, kept dropping out of the network. We'll see if this one does better. If not, I'll revise the number of stars... downward. So far, not impressed.

The sensor works as expected once I figured out that the USB-C plug had to be pushed pretty hard to get it to engage. At first I was worried about breaking it. It was easy to setup and connect to my WiFi and the smart features are easy to use.

One sensor went offline after about a week and won't connect. I thought these were a Kasa brand because it's the only brand mentioned, but they are not. They are the same sensors as a set I had purchased only about a month previously that didn't work either. The only difference being these have a display and must be plugged into a USB, no battery options. Even while they are working, automations you habe set up do not work 90% of the time. For example, if you have an outlet connected to a fan and set an automation for it to be turned on if the sensor reads over 78, it can rise to over 82 for several hours and never turn on. Someone needs to make a good sensor for automations. I've researched over a dozen, and most only read temperature, but don't do conditional operations.

Es buen producto pero a la aplicación de Smart Life le falta la integración de los "Trigger" con IFTTT. No hay para incremento de temperatura o humedad. Si tuviera esto sería un excelente producto a excelente precio.

Funciona muy bien, pero me gustaría que tuviera una retroiluminación.

Alto costo, baja precisión y baja compatibilidad de comunicación con los comandos de voz (ok Google y Alexa) por lo que no lo recomendaría comprar.

Muy buen producto solo que si tu hijo desconecta el equipo se resetea a grados F y tienes que ir a picarle al botón para que cambie a grados C
