I have ordered 3 tubs total of this stuff now (recently putting myself on a subscription to lower the cost and get it consistently). This is actually one of the lowest cost BCAA's per gram that I've found. It contains 70 servings of 10 grams. That's 700 grams for under $40. A quick search here on Amazon shows that all other products to hit that 700 gram product hit the $50, and then well over that! This is not expensive. It's actually the most affordable, but really depends on what you want. If you're looking for the bigger servings that this offers (10g) then this is a no brainer. Still, I would argue if you want less than that, this is still the one to get. All you'd have to do is take the measuring scoop and mark off where is half and a quarter, and you'll have your 5g and 2.5g servings. For those of you that do intermittent fasting, get this. You want to be taking this pre-workout to remain in a fasted state, while still being able to maintain and preserve your muscles. This will allow you to burn fat during your workouts and not worry about losing any precious muscle. As for taste, I finally ordered watermelon flavor (and I'll update it when I get try it out), but I've only had the fruit punch. At first, I loved the taste of this, but it's begun to wear on me. It's extremely sweet and I just try to chug it now. It's not unbearable, as supplements go. I think we've all had our fair share of nastiness when it comes to certain products. This isn't that. I'd give it a 6/10 on taste. I'm hoping watermelon delivers. Still, if you're looking for the most cost effective product, this is it. That is surprising, too, considering how this brand is known for its excellent quality. It still is, by the way, excellent quality. Get this. You won't regret it.

BSN products are always delicious, yes it higher calories, but I need them! Super easy to use, mixes completely with water and is like a treat before/during/after a work out and ha Slow greatly with recovery and minimizing DOMS! Smell and taste are AMAZING! No stimulants so no jitters or sleep disturbance! Quality products! You get a good amount for the price! Recommend, I will be purchasing again for sure!

Great product works great

I was worried when I bought this product that the taste would not be great. I have tried many products that have not tasted delicious. I am very picky. I want my fruit punch to taste like Hawaiian Punch. This does not taste exactly like Hawaiian Punch, but it is the closest I have found. It does not have an after taste either. The difference between this and Hawaiian Punch is that it has a bit of fizz to it. WARNING: Do not shake this product in a shaker bottle; it will spray like shaking a soda. I did not realize this. That is why it only gets 4 stars. I made a big red mess in my kitchen. I had to scrub the red color to come off of my kitchen wall paint. It did not clean up very easily. HOW I USE: I pour my water about 12-16 ounces, add one scoop, stir with a knife carefully. I also use a cup with about 24 ounces of water, so it does not make another mess when it fizzes. ANOTHER NOTE: It takes some time for all the powder to get mixed into the water stirring with a knife. If you have the patience to stir, this really is a great tasting product.

It does not taste like fruit punch. It tastes like cough syrup. I will not buy again due to the taste. I do like the brand and I like that this amino doesn’t have caffeine in it. But the taste is hard to stomach.

Da wir im Studio eine Getränkeflat haben dachte ich selten daran mir ein eigenes Getränk zu besorgen. Dann wurde ich über die Inhaltsstoffe "unserer" Getränke aufgeklärt und die Suche nach einem Workoutdrink ging los. Ich nutze Amino X jetzt seit knapp 2 Wochen und werde es auch weiter nutzen. Mittlerweile ist der Unterschied ganz klar erkennbar. Es fördert in hohem Maße die Regeneration. Früher war ich nach einem Hardcore Workout mit mindestens 24 Stunden Pause "gestraft", seit ca 1 Woche kann ich meinen Körper an sein Limit treiben und am nächsten Morgen fühl ich mich fit genug für eine 2te Runde. Es gibt Energie dank dem Taurin, was ich als positiv empfinde da ich oft nach der Arbeit anfangs eher keine Energie fürs Training habe, doch ein paar kräftige Schlucke vor dem Training und es kann losgehen. Für alle denen es um Pump, oder Optik, geht. Amino X versorgt dich mit allem was du brauchst um etwas leisten zu können. Es pumpt weder auf, noch schenkt es dir Bärenkräfte. Es hilft dir allerdings an dein Limit zu gehen, und das Tag für Tag, wenn du möchtest. Wobei ich mich immer wieder auf meine Pausentage freue...

Not worth I am not sure about impact as BCAA as I am trying first time but taste is not for everyone. It's difficult to gallop down medicine kind of taste.
