Got mine Thursday with Amazons awesome 2 day Prime...was a little concerned as I couldn't get my tablet to connect with the controller... After a little frustration I figured out it was my bad cable then it all worked like a charm. Downloaded the current firmware, update took like 10 min verse the 30 mentioned in the manual, that's a plus! Took my first flight today over a nice vacant field (only the cows and gophers could see me crash and burn if it happened) but no, it was increadble! Flew 5 min and had to take it out of beginner mode (the one that limits it to .5 mi). Landed it easily myself and Return to Home worked beautifully on the last trip! Nice job Autel!

Great but in an open field it maxes out at .5 miles exact... I am disappointed that it won't go even half what's advertised(1.2miles) the batteries life is literally 22 minutes (emergency land around 3 minutes) every time... So it's close to the 28 minutes advertiseD... I probably would have spent the extra money for the dji phantom 4 since a friend of mine has one and it does as advertised.

Fantastic quality and performance! Exceeds expectations. Camera has ultra smooth tracking, sharpness of image. Comes in specialized case, protecting all parts. Husband (recipient) enthralled.

I just recently bought this drone from Carolina Dronz for $929.00. This included a total of 3 batteries. It came with one battery, Carolina Dronz added a free battery and Autel has a promotion to receive a free battery! What a killer deal!! The StarLink program is super easy to use and works fantastic using a phone or in my case I ended up buying a Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8". The drone flies excellent and is very predictable in GPS mode. While in GPS mode, if you fly this drone to a certain spot, it will hover there till you decide to move it and it does a great job doing this even when it is pretty windy!! The camera settings and video settings are very easy to navigate through and use. It came with a hard case a charger that can charge 1 battery and the controller at the same time. Very handy!! The fit and finish and overall quality, far exceeded my expectations!I have not one bad thing to say about this drone! The thing that sticks out the most for me, is the incredible customer support that Autel has! That was the main reason for getting this drone from Autel, is the high ratings they received for their customer support. I have called and talked to a customer support agent 2 times on Sunday, once was at 9am and the other was at 6pm! AMAZING!!!!!! No other drone company out there has customer support this good!!!The only thing I had trouble with is the video settings. Depending on your computer and software you use for your pics and videos, you will want to try shooting your videos in 1080p with a shutter speed of no more the 60. If you use a shutter speed say 120fps, you will get errors trying to upload your videos to your computer, because it cant process that type of speed. That was one of the things that a tech helped me with on a Sunday!So overall, to say that I am pleased is an understatement!! This thing flies great, takes fantastic pictures and video and comes with everything you need to fly, along with the customer support you need if you have any questions.

This is one cool drone. It take no time learn to fly this guy. I am so happy that this the one I decided on. I did not buy from amazon because I found a better deal somewhere else. This is really well built.
