As someone that is concerned with what goes into my body and what I feed my family, this is a great cooking oil! It is high heat point, which makes it durable for cooking! It is pure avocado oil and not mixed with anything else so there’s no harsh flavors or aromas that you would get with olive oil. It is smooth and thin enough to use as a spray for easy use, as well as can be poured straight out the bottle. I love using it as a spray for cooking and cosmetics as a carrier oil. It is very moisturizing on the skin and almost colorless so it won’t ruin clothes. Definitely a multi use oil with great qualities! Definitely recommend making the switch for health and usability!

It's interesting, this is a quite heavy oil with a buttery flavor. When I tried avocado honey, I noticed something similar, even though I wouldn't expect such a characteristic to be transferred. It's easy to cook with, once you bring it up to temp, the higher smoke temperature makes it more forgiving when stir frying, though you still need to exercise care, you are only going up maybe one setting on your stove. I also use it as my additive for my meal replacement powders, and there the viscosity is particularly noticeable, but it doesn't alter the flavor at all. In terms of literal flavor, it is neutral, nothing like olive oil for example. When cold I would say it is mildly vegetal, just a hint of acridity, barely there. It would be fine on almost anything. I would recommend it, especially if you cook with oil often, it's worth a try anyway. I don't know if I would make it a permanent part of my pantry, I usually use a good olive oil, but with the size of the bottle it should last me a long time.

This is my go-to oil for cooking, baking and salad dressings. It's a neutral flavoring and has a high smoke point for frying foods which is ideal. It's also healthier than most oils. I prefer their plastic bottle too. I would definitely recommend.

Super tasty genuine avocado oil. It's sad it is not available to buy in supermarkets here in Australia. The authenticity of the process extraction of this oil and testing looks genuine as explained on the bottle label. The oil texture feels thick and has that avocado oil colour look. Chosen has a good reputation for genuine oil production going on the reviews on YouTube by people and other information. Will buy again.
