Will this work on an O'Brien oasis 142

This fin has two screws 3 inches apart. The screws are 10/24 size. If your O’Brien board uses a fin with these specs it could work.

How come the fin that came with the wakeboard says 1.3 disorder on the side of the fin but this product is all black? How can i be certain it is the 1
