One of the best tools I've bought
I bought this drill to break through some substantial concrete pads in the garden. It was just brilliant, like a knife through butter. I was moved to buy it because of previous reviews and all the additional bits it came with. Like all drills of this type (of which I've owned a few and this is by far the best) it's a bit on the heavy side, but the anti vibration device helps manage this when the drill is being used. After about six months of good use, I had a little niggle with the drill so got in touch with the manufacturer. They couldn't have been more helpful, displaying customer service at its very best. I would absolutely recommend this drill to anyone looking for such a piece of kit, not just because its good at what it does and is good value for money but because of the after sales service I received.

Exactly as advertised,brilliant !
Purchased for proposed concrete channelling project so not used fully yet,but all seems ok as delivered,unit functions on a no-load run etc and all the advertised bits were included as stated.A reasoneable price and very quick delivery. Manufacturer indicates unit is guaranteed for 3 years,and do have a service dept for enquiries,I wasn't too sure on this as I ordered and opted for the Amazon 3 year warranty for around £15,but in error deleted this as the order was going through,so will trust the manufacturer's own warranty and hope I don't need to use it.Overall a good purchase and will reccommend to others.

Drill no good
I brought this and used it for the first time today and there was no pressure even put on this drill and this part of the drill snapped and flew at the person standing holding something for me. This drill looks very heavy duty and broke on first us.

Amazing
Simply the best for this price range.

Not bad but some faults, one serious!
1. First thing, the lid of the case came off in my hands. The cheap hinge join between lid and case failed and parted. 2. The drill is heavy but the front handle is rubbish and would not tighten! It just spun round no matter how tightly attached! 3. The manual refers to diagrams that don't exist! (Fig. A, Fig. H etc)
