Just received the product it looks of a good quality thought it had few minor scratches on it but it dont think that matters me much personally. I am reducing one start because of the packaging the product came it. It just came in a plastic wrap without any box, it would be great if i have received the box as shown in other reviewes for easy storage of this tool. Not sure if i want to return and reorder just for the sake of box

Go for it! It's heavy, so have to be careful when you use it. Packaging was simple in air bag and foam sheet. But it's worth it. Smooth edges to glide on your skin. You can use to massage your face and neck it's perfect is the reason I chose this shape. Thanks Amazon it's worth it! And for seamless service.

The product package shown in the Amazon and seller packaging is not same...product is not pure kansa material and lot of marks and imperfections on product ...being a beauty product better to stick to it packing higene as well as the perfection.

This product is so thin that it puts a lot of strain on the skin. It causes wrinkles, sagging and darkening. I regret it because I couldn't return it.

My jade gua Sha stone broke that’s why I ordered this stainless steel one.The actual product is good except for a few scratches it has on it. It didn’t come in a proper box . It came in a bubble wrap.
