Great adjustable bed frame, but it comes in lots of pieces. If you can read instructions and know how to turn a few wrenches, all will be good. Make sure you associate the remote with the motor before fully assembling. Otherwise you will need to get under the bed to press the association button on the motor at the same time you press two buttons on the remote. The instructions tell you to do this first. Just follow them. LOL

Great product I would recommend this product and they have great customer service

we set this up and as soon as we attempted to raise the head, after about a 10 inch rise, there was a loud bang as the head fell down. After this, the head would not raise again. We checked underneath and the motor back cover was on the floor. We disassembled the bed and replaced the cover but that did not solve the problem as when the bed was reassembled and put to the task of raising the head again, the same thing happened. Raise to a certain point and then BANG back to the prone position. WILL SOMEONE TELL ME WHAT IS BEING DONE BOUT THIS??????

Although the motor did not work, my money was refunded to purchase a new motor. If you are going to purchase this bed. Make sure you have a handyman available with electrical experience. There are many pieces and the motor did not work. This bed was really needed for my sick father. I would recommend buying from a furniture store instead of Amazon .

This bed stopped working properly the next day after putting it together. The head of the bed stopped lifting and I tried my best to troubleshoot but I had no luck. I reached out to the seller to explain the situation and they never responded. I bought this bed trying to save money but the saying goes you get what you pay for and I got a broken piece of junk.

Directions not. Descriptive enough. A bit flimsy with upholstery material and parts not necessarily completed level or centered. My unit delivered was defective leg down function does not work. In process of dealing with seller to get refund. Also BEWARE. The upholstered version doesn't come with headboard although the picture on site shows the bed with one. Misleading. If mine worked I may have given it 2 stars. I needed a bed with a headboard ordered this based on pic on site but was sadly disappointed when it arrived it did not have one

CUSTOMER SUPPORT WAS NOT ADDRESSING THE ISSUE I FACED WITH THE REMOTE. WITH PROPER SET UP AND BRAND NEW ENERGIZER BATTERIES (I SUPPLIED) THE REMOTE DOES NOT ADJUST BED. IT WORKED A FEW TIMES FOR A FEW HOURS AND THEN ALL OF A SUDDEN NOTHING! I HAD TO PAY SOMEONE TO INSPECT IT SINCE THE SELLER STOPPED (IGNORED) MY EMAILS..THE COST WAS $120 TO HAVE SOMEONE FIX THE INFRA RED SENSOR. I CANT BELIEVE THAT I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET SINCE SELLER FELL OF THE FACE OF THE EARTH. WHAT A FUCKlNG A$$HOLE.

Because I have lower back pain, the adjustable bed makes it convenient for me to sleep.Thank you!
