I noticed that the cradle compresses against the sidewalls of the front tire. Will this deform the tire after long term usage?

I've had mine for several years. Initially purchased as a winter storage solution solely. But found it so easy to use, I use it on a daily basis now all year long. I have a Harley Breakout, no issues with 240 wide rear or 21" front tire as well as the overall length of the motorcycle. With winter storage I do place towels between both tires for added protection, but I don't think it is needed.

The description says "for wheel chock". Does it come with a wheel chock or not?

It comes as shown, the wheel chock is part of the unit.
