This robot vacuum is amazing. We got my mom the roomba last year, but I really wanted something that mopped as well. The suction power is great. I have an area rug in the living room, and it changes suction power when it hits the rug. I have a black lab, and this vacuum keeps the carpet so clean. It has no problem going over the floor transition strips either.The mopping feature is great for spot mopping. It uses pure water, so it’s not the best for deep cleaning. I sprinkle a little multipurpose cleaner all over the floor before I run it to give that “freshly mopped” smell in the house. After each clean, you run the mop pad under hot water in the sink to clean it.Great product, especially for the price!

The media could not be loaded.  And even then it sucks. I followed all the instructions when we finally were able to start using this a month after Christmas and it's been nothing but trouble since. We like it to run Monday through Friday while we're at work and then we can just mop the floors on the weekends are self. But that's just not possible because it gets stuck in stupid areas where it just keeps going around in a circle over and over and over again instead of moving on to the next place. It also sometimes just sits in the middle of the room thinking doing nothing and I have to give it a little nudge. But I'm only able to do this one day a week when I work from home. And when it gets stuck in a corner and keeps going around in circles it's not the same place as the day before. I just don't understand that but for as expensive as this item is it's not worth it. These all sound like they're wonderful but they all have their issues. We've been making sure that we clean the hair out of the roller and the wheels everyday we empty the dirt bucket every day and take care of it very well and it still does not perform properly. Every day it's a different problem. There has not been one consistent day since we've been using it for the past month. After I took this video I told it to go home and it sat in one place and went in circles 12 times until I nudged it and then it went the opposite direction. Very disappointed and hoping that the seller will exchange it or give us a refund.

I’ve had this vacuum since October and it does vacuum well. However, everything else is subpar. The mapping and mopping aren’t great. Every clean it bangs into walls and other items in my condo. The last few times I ran a whole room cleaning, it would only clean not even a quarter of my condo before it would say the cleaning was complete. Lastly, there has been only one time that I was able to successfully execute the vacuuming and mopping functionalities in a single cleaning cycle. I’m saddened to have to return this because it was on sale when I bought it but its performance has only steadily declined over time and has become more cumbersome to use. ** I have added a photo of the last cleaning log from the app. It shows the path the vacuum took during its cleaning**

This is our second robot vac. We bought another brand, named it Thelma, and gave her a try. Nope. Thelma was loud, got lost frequently, couldn’t go from the laminate to the rug without getting stuck, would run for an hour and be completely empty! I keep a tidy house but I KNOW there was dirt to be picked up! Got rid of Thelma. And bought Louise. Louise is amazing. She’s quieter than Thelma ever was. She actually picks up the dirt instead of just redistributing, doesn’t get stuck as much (she does have a hard time with the bathroom mats and in a couple random places), and it’s fairly quiet. Mapping is pretty accurate and reliable.I haven’t tried the mopping function yet, and so far my only real complaint is I can’t figure out how to send her home. She does go home by herself but sometimes I want to send her home before she’s done and I can’t find a command in the app for that. ***edit 11/27*** there is now an option while she’s cleaning to send her to charge! Still have not used mop function but overall still very happy with her.***edit 4/10*** the app has stopped working. A few weeks ago, i tried to open the app on my iPhone and it closed itself. Downloaded to my iPad and was able to run Louise. The app has since stopped working on my iPad. Have deleted and reinstalled. Have updated devices and app. Will be trying my husband’s phone (he has a droid) but as of now I have a useless robot vac sitting in the corner because the app is trash.

I'm giving this a 4 star for app function, not vaccum. The vacuum works well, it suctions well and cleans well. My only issue is with the app. It doesn't work sometimes once the vacuum has started, and I have a hard time mapping off sections where the vacuum shouldn't go. I have tried updating the app, both are on the same internet. I just can't get it to function like it should.

The media could not be loaded.  The Eureka NER700 sees everything, doesn't get itself stuck and beside making sure my cords are now off the floor, I do nothing. Cleaning out the dust bin is proof of how awesome it cleans my laminate wood floors. Not to mention the feel of going barefoot is so much nicer. Most of the robots have 2000pa suction, the NER700 has 4000pa suction. In the app you can set the suction you want ( I'm keeping mine on high for now) and you can also set the water amount for it to spray when you mop. Way better battery life than most of the robot vacs and it's Eureka... They been around forever! I thought I had a very clean house but this robot proved me wrong as I clean out the dust bin after each use (as required) and get lots of dust, dander, etc. This is without the best purchased I've made in a long time. After doing a lot of research I decided on this unit. It helped that I knew what features my other robot was missing. But this robot vacuum and the app far exceeds my expectations!

Vacuum works great and the app is cool. Mopping is just it slowly leaking a water reservoir into a rag velcrod under its 8utt. Over all, very good product.
