Everything is good with the meter. Just press the power button then dip it in the water to the top of the slot. Get your reading, give it a shake to get the water out of it, turn it off, dry it off, replace the cap and it's ready to go next time. Cheaper, faster, easier, and more accurate than test strips for sure.

Easy to calibrate and works well on liquids and soil. I am using it for my vermicomposter and so far so good!

Very easy to setup and very accurate. I bought it to keep track of my hydroponic system and I’m very pleased. I even test it with known materials and the measurements were accurate.

This product helped a ton when I had a pH crash in my aquarium and monitoring after to ensure that any attempts at buffering were working. For me, it moreso mattered what the relative pH was between two measurements as opposed to absolute so the fact that there’s only one set of calibration solution didn’t matter.
