Package arrived late and half empty. I can’t get a refund since it request I send it back. It smells like death opened I can’t send it back.

Do not make the mistake of whiffing this stuff. It can gag a maggot, very pungent smell - like manure with garlic. I will say it works though imo. My brother and I fish the Kankakee River (IL) with River Rigs / Bottom Bouncers for cats. Last night we used chicken livers marinaded with garlic. He had his poles in the water 15-20 minutes before I did (he also had the better position upstream from me). After I got my 2 poles in, all 4 of ours were evenly spaced @ about 15ft. I used the same livers and the only difference was that I molded some of this dough around my hook. After about 10 minutes, I had the first hit & the fish broke 30lb test. With only 1 pole in the water (to his 2) I also got the 2nd hit about 5 minutes after that. Reeled in a 27inch Cat. Based on what I saw, I think it works and will probably buy more as an auxiliary attractant to marinaded livers. That said, the spot we fish is hot and its not uncommon to catch cats within the first 15-20 min. Fact they hit my poles could just be a coincidence. The worst part of this stuff is the overpowering smell and trying to get it off of your hands.
