No. This is only for room scenting. Not to wash clothes

It says $1.99 on the package why is it so much?

It is a large refill packaage if thats the item your asking about

wth is clearly says 1.99 on it & they are selling it for almost 7$ with tax

im not sure where it says $1.99. I've always bought the refill bags for at least $7.

Are they still usable in the washer?

They are not recommended for use in a washer. There are other Clorox products that are for recommended for laundry.
