Listen, I’m not a licensed medical professional, and this isn’t medical advice. This is just my mom’s personal experience. My mom is a 60+ years old type 2 diabetic who doesn’t sleep well. I put together a little gift box for her last time we visited, and slipped a box of these in there. We love the Olly brand, but drinking something flavored at bedtime just isn’t our jam.Finally my mom gets around to trying the drink and she is thrilled! Not only did she sleep better and feel more rested the next day, she said it actually helped to lower her blood sugar that evening. This is where I don’t want anyone to think I am suggesting this for blood sugar control- matter of fact please don’t unless your actual doctor says it’s all good. But I thought it was a cool enough result to share with Amazon-land.

The flavor is great and I feel it has helped a lot during this covid situation. I’ve been blessed and have not gotten covid or sick. Even when in my own household all have gotten sick.

You don’t necessarily have to drink this like a tea. I took this during the summer at night with water and ice.works great, I forgot I was taking a sleeping supplement. No nightmares, and work up fine in the morning. Recommend this product 100%

Doesn’t have a lingering effect like some nighttime meds do that make you feel basically feel “hungover” . It’s similar to melatonin. But it also doesn’t keep me asleep. Only helps with the initial falling asleep part. But if you don’t have the means to get a prescribed sleep aid, and you don’t want to wake up drowsy, it’s does the trick for me.
