This product is fantastic! I have been searching for a natural migraine relief for years, and I’ve finally found the perfect solution. If you experience chronic migraines and need something natural to help manage your pain on a daily basis I would highly recommend you try this! I love using Zen nectar. Whenever I feel the start of a migraine or even if I am in the throws of one I use Zen Nectar to help with my pain. The smell is so relaxing and therapeutic (I get really nauseous with migraines and the scent helps with that) and the cooling and heating part of it helps relax my muscles.I like to put it on my neck, cheekbones, forehead, and a tiny bit on my temples.It is strong so you only need a tiny bit so this will last you for much longer than you would think!

I have had this product and have had 3 serious headaches in about 6 weeks. As soon as I put it on as directed, I feel relief within minutes. I would DEFINITELY absolutely without question recommend this product. Please follow the directions. It cools the front of my forehead and temples down and the aroma is pleasant.
