Will this replace the Stanley 00-5024 patent parts?

These replace bottom mirror door rollers with ones by Stanley USA ( all metal with nylon wheel #4011 ) or UK ( black plastic model). I think the model you gave is a top roller/guide.

my old, bottom, mirrored closet door rollers are just over 4 inches tall, not including the roller itself. Will your shorter model work?

It should since the inner housing is adjustable.
