Some minor rough edges on the plastic handle but otherwise functional and attractive. Fits nicely in the cup holder in our car. The coffee stays warm and the simple open/close slider in the lid is easy to use and to clean. I sanded a little on the plastic parts with an emery board and with a few swipes the "burrs" were gone. This is a minor flaw that was easily remedied and the overall workmanship is very good.

These are good mugs. They definately keep hot coffee hot for a long time. I am happy with them. Most important is the rubber gasket can be removed and cleaned which is why my last mugs were replaced. One for home and one for work.

I wanted stainless steel and leakproof. It isn't really leakproof since the top is press in rather than screw in but it seemed to mostly keep liquid in and I would put it in a large zip lock just in case. Good thing too because about a month of use and I found most of my tea in the bag. I thought the lid had come loose but no, it was leaking from the bottom of the mug. So one month and it's trash and not really worth the effort to send back. Bad purchase.

Doesn't perform as expected. The slide part on lid fell off within the first couple of weeks and doesn't keep coffee hot for even 4 hrs, just warm...like the handle.Haven't tried cold drinks as I bought it for coffee.

Did not keep liquids hot or cold enough for long enough, so I returned it. Light weight insulation and mug.

Bought two mugs and slides on lids broke within a couple months

Keeps water cold for a long time. Haven't had to drink warm water yet! Also safer to leave in car with water in it than in plastic bottles.
