Nice taste, colour and flavour, really loved the product

The following Red sorrel tea by Arka is really refreshing and tastes good .Being a nutritionist I recommend this tea Because it boosts your immunity and improves your metabolism.

This product has a citrusy favour n feels good while consuming...I had tried their complimentary sachet with the fennel drink...so ordered this,reading the reviews .. when I bought the fennel seed drink,I did lot of research and it was recommended by rujuta diwekar too..it was helpful especially during covid times due ro the acidity caused by medications...with that faith,I tried this one out ,but without researching much..with just one drink ,that too diluted it dropped my blood pressure to 90/60mmHg...it caused so much dizziness within a few hours... Inspite of added salt, it persisited for more than 12hrs...am writing this now when my BP has just normalised with added salt ,but dizziness is persistent , especially while bending the head for any activity,including brushing...One can fathom how the effect of it is on blood pressure... maybe hypertensive patients should try this after consulting their physician..there are significant interactions with antihypertensives and oral hypoglycemics too ..I would definitely not recommend it to people who are normotensive or prone to lowering of BP.Maybe effective to those borderline hypertensives who are swaying btwn high and normal and on dietary management...But definitely with your physician's advice ..I am appalled that they are promoting it as a wellness drink and suitable for kids too...This side effect is evidence based and has to be put up in BOLD letters....

Bought it for my father, and He really loved it, the taste is not so odd infact it is good plus it helps in good digestion and so many benefits, totally recommended.
