Can you use isopropyl alcohol to clean the needles on the roller?

Exactly what I use, I don’t know if it’s recommended to but I soak the whole head in isopropyl after each use.

Is this handle plastic?

Yes the handle and roller is plastic. I'm unsure about the axle that the roller spins on. It looks as though the only metal parts are the titanium needles. This makes it easy to sanitize before and after use, or store in a humid bathroom, without the worry of steel or chrome pitting or corroding. I use 70% isopropyl alcohol, and allow to dry before use and storage. It also comes with a clear plastic case, that has a snug closure. So there is little worry about contamination between uses.

Does this help with hair growth

I bought it for my hair but it kept getting stuck and kept pulling on my hair. Personally I’d try another one
