I’ve been using ZzzQuil Ultra Sleep Aid for a while now, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience with it. It helps me relax and fall asleep more easily, especially on nights when I’m having trouble winding down. I also like that it’s easy to use and doesn’t require much preparation. Pros: * Helps me fall asleep more easily * Convenient and easy to take * Works well for occasional sleepless nights * I’ve found it helpful for maintaining a consistent bedtime routine Cons: * It can leave me feeling a little groggy the next morning if I take it too late * The effect may vary from person to person Overall, I’m happy with ZzzQuil Ultra and would recommend it to someone looking for an occasional sleep aid. Just make sure to follow the directions and see how your body responds.

This works too well. I get an average of 4-5hrs of sleep. 6 on a good day. I have played with many melatonins and many of them either don’t work at all or just give me headache. Z ultra knocks me out. It’s the only way I can get to 8hrs of sleep. My issue with sleep is that I can fall asleep but after I get up to use the bathroom, I just can’t fall back to sleep and I toss and turn until I have to get up. Z ultra gets me to the 8hrs, and I recommend it for anyone that is willing to give it a try. That said, if you take more than one pill you will be out of it for quite a bit. I have a whole day lost because I took two pills, and I was still slightly out of it the day after. These pills need to be timed well, but you need play with them to see your tolerance and to know where they fit in your sleep health.

I couldn’t tell you how many times I have purchased these. These are my absolute favorite. You don’t wake up drowsy the next day which is a plus

I’ve tried several over-the-counter sleep aids, and ZzzQuil has been one of the more reliable ones for me. Within about 20–30 minutes of taking it, I usually feel drowsy enough to fall asleep, and I don’t spend hours tossing and turning like I used to. The taste of the liquid is a bit strong (there are also capsules, which I prefer), and sometimes I wake up with a slight groggy feeling if I don’t get a full 7–8 hours of sleep. That said, the grogginess fades quickly, and it’s nothing compared to the restless nights I had before. I don’t use it every night, but on evenings when stress or a busy mind keeps me awake, ZzzQuil definitely helps me drift off. It’s a solid option for occasional sleepless nights, just don’t expect it to fix long-term sleep issues.

Works good but you would feel tired the next day!

They do help with sleeping. However, getting them out of the package is a nightmare. The paper backing does NOT tear off. You have to use small scissors to cut them out and you’re lucky if they don’t get crushed in the process. I would give them 5 stars for effectiveness but 0 for packaging.

WORKS WAY TO WELL I don’t even do reviews but after today and 3 different times of getting to work late I am I took one pill at 7pm knocked out at 8pm and I still overslept and was late to work !! It works but be cautious you will knock out !!! I am glad I got over 9 hours of sleep but feeling to tired to wake up for work I’ll now be cutting the pill in half or switching to liquid to level it SO IF YOUR READING THIS IT HELPS TO FALL ASLEEP IF ONE DOES NOT WORK TAKE 2 pills takes about a hour or so to kick in :) ( I have always struggled with sleeping and melatonin and meds don’t ever work but this does )
