Unfortunately I had a bad reaction and this made my lips very chapped. The scent and flavor were amazing. It went on pretty thin, and then after a day or two, my lips were really chapped. I returned the product and received a very prompt refund. No issues with the order or company, it just didn't work for me.

Full Disclaimer: I did use a lip scrub I found on Amazon before using this product. So, the softness of my lips is mostly from the lip scrub, but this product is keeping the softness of my lips, and I don't have to apply a thousand times a day (I exaggerate of course). Burt's Bees is my usual go-to, but not anymore. I am almost positive it dries out my lips, and I'm happy to say, I don't feel this one does. It feels very hydrating. Very happy with my purchase.Side note...if you want to keep your lips soft, and not just depend on lip balm to do it for you, drink the recommended amount of water every day! Can also make a huge difference, especially if you're one who doesn't drink as much water as you probably should, and have very dry lips.

The Eucalyptus Mint chap stick by the same company used to be one of the best moisturizers that I ever tried. Now they came up with this “Tropical” formula, which has a different formula/recipe. It is no longer moisturizing. It absorbs very quickly into the skin and then you remain with an unsettled feeling on your lips. Very disappointed with this new product. I will NOT purchase again. Revert to the older formula and ingredients and I would buy, until then… I will look for a different brand.

Moisturizing, great smell, keeps my dried, cracked, peeling lips soft! I'm allergic to a lot of stuff in lip balms but I have no probs with these. The balm lasts, but I reapply it more often than I need to because I love the very light fragrance. So glad I found these, I've bought literally hundreds of lip balms over the years that didn't work for my very dry cracked lips. Finally found something great!

Optimal lip balm for me. I bought the plain coconut, which has a subtle coconut oil flavor and that's it. The less flavor, the better, for me. It goes on easily and stays a reasonable amount of time before needing reapplication. If my lips are chapped from winter cold and dryness, this lip balm fixes them up quickly. Recommended! My young grandchildren like lip balm and since this brand is pretty pure, I have given them their own sticks to use!
