Don't need to worry about constipation
These have been the best pro biotic out of all the different brand a I've tried. I go to the restroom easy daily. I've battle w chronic constipation my whole life and these r the best. I continue to use them even after my delivery.

Good to keep regular
I wish it had more per bottle but that just comes with brand names. It's pretty good though, if I miss a few days in a row I definitely feel it lol so I try to keep regular since it gets worse the further along pregnancy
