It makes it easy to remove the stems and seeds.These are not that. I ordered the 1lb bag and I think I got the oldest peppers they had in the warehouse. These are almost dust and trying to remove the stems and seeds almost impossible. I could probably crumble them and filter out the larger seeds that way but that's not helpful.
