My doctor recommended MagO for help when constipated and these work very well! They don't hurt your stomach at all but must follow directions because I took them once and ate afterwards and had the worst stomach pain. My fault because you are supposed to take on an empty stomach before bed with a glass of water.

They work as they should but start off by taking just 1 or 2 a day. They are fast acting. I am taking the Wegovy pill and this helps with constipation. Update 7/24/2026 Got backed up again and haven't gone for a few days and had to purchase again. This time I got the big bottle. Never fails me.
