I absolutely love this charger but when it first arrived
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love this charger but when it first arrived, I could hear the battery pack inside sliding around. When I tried charging it, the whole inside fell out! I wasn't too upset though since it gave me an opportunity to properly set the battery pack and put it back inside. But unfortunately, a month later I started hearing it rattle inside again and it fell out again... this makes me want to give a rating of a minimum of 3 stars but it charges so fabulously and so quickly that I am in a dilemma about the score....so I'll give it a 4 since it does its job well and I probably just have a defective casing.

Just ok.
Very sleek and pretty design. Hard to determine if it is charging though. Additionally, I have been unable to charge two devices at once, even though there are two ports. It seemed to confuse the device as it kept switching back and forth between the two.

Fancy battery, doesn't work though.
First battery that came in was broken, it could not charge itself. Not only that the amount of energy it held was definitely not 20,000 mah. I wrote to customer service stating my problem and they sent me a replacement. The replacement could charge, but it was definitely not 20,000 mah. I tested this out by charging one of my devices that has a battery of 3400 mah. The battery pack went from 100 to 50 after only charging the device 60 percent of the way. I retested it by charging the battery pack overnight and then used it to charge my 10,000 mah external battery. My external battery isn't even charged 25% before the smart modern battery dropped 75%. Not only that but when I remove the USB, the casing slightly comes off. The quality of the battery is pretty bad and I very much doubt that with the size and weight, it could hold 20,000mah worth of charge.Customer service was quick and responsive, but overall did not solve the problem. I'm not sure why it has such high reviews, two orders of batteries and they both don't work. Good thing for refund though.

Did not get as many charges out of it as I'd like
I fully charged this power bank upon it's arrival and when I tried to charge my phone, the little battery icon showed that my phone was charging, but it never actually gained ANY charge, if fact it lost charge. I will be returning this ASAP. Waste of money and effort.Update: the seller contacted me and gave me some pointers. I made sure my bluetooth was off and tried another cord. I did end up getting a better charge. Unfortunately, I only got one & a half charges from this for my phone before I had to recharge the bank. My boyfriend has a 20,000 mAh power bank & he gets 3 to 4 charges out of his, but his is heavier and bigger. If you are looking for light weight and are happy with one charge out of it, it's not a bad purchase. I simply would like more charges out of mine.

Bad Charger
Do not buy this item, very slow charger. With the charger near fully charged (4 lit blue dots when checked), I connected my Samsung S6 with only 6% charge, it took a little over 4 hours to fully charger. Also, the charger was totally spent afterward at the time with no charge.
