Keep product tamper proof
Good product, but being expensive, the company does nothing to keep the product tamper proof.No packing for the bottle, importantly not even a seal for the opening of the bottle, no precaution taken by the company to keep the product safe, despite my several mails to them.Only self defence. No good PR.

Total waste plain water at high cost. Not even deisgned to apply effortlesly.
Whoever designed this needs to be fired from the system. I dont know how they meant to apply it. If we use face cotton pads to apply most of the water is getting absorbed by cotton pads. I pour it to my hand and apply it all over. I really feeling like i am being dumb applying some normal pipe water on my face for some reason which no one knows. Dont waste your money on this. Such a high rate and totally useless product. I had to buy cotton pads also for this. Even though i was thinking daily one cotton pad to apply this is not a affordable way. What that stupid company was thinking in mind while deisgning this bottle , should we use daily a new cotton pad to apply this water. Did u mean to sell to celebrities only?
