Please note: You must remove the protective film before heating the material! Boltaron 4332 with an eye catching carbon fiber texture. To make our material easy to work with we have a special cap layer applied to our Boltaron to prevent the material from curling when heated. If you've used Boltaron in the past and gave up on it because it would curl up in your oven, try this stuff!

Great seller, excellent price and quality
Definitely 0.080 is the way to go. 0.060 too thin and others like 0.093 or 0.125 too thick. The carbon fiber gives it a unique look and feel. You will receive two sheets of 8" x 12" carbon fiber kydex in a hard cardboard package envelope style. I ordered them because couldn't find any holster for my new CZ P10C. At first, I used a conventional oven at 325°F for three minutes making a sandwich/taco using two pieces of foam and two 2" by 10" boards. Since the definition was not very good, I ended up using my heat gun to finish the job. I am just a DIYer and not a professional Kydex maker but am happy with the result. To cut, I used a regular snips and Dremel. Finishing all edges with 80, 120 and 400 grit sandpaper. I will buff all edges with my car wheel buffer to mirror finish soon. There is a Hype that any Glock 19 holster will fit CZ P10C too. At my club I have seen people having problem but apparently with the one I just made, there is no issue. As for attachment, I am using Blade-Tech Tek-Lok system from Blade Tech as well as drop & offset from the same company. Pictures are from my CZ P10C and Glock 19 Gen 4. dramatic shrinkage under heat
product shrinks dramatically in oven. ive dealt with kydex in the past with no problem . with this product that claims to be bolteron, you will need to double the size for what you think you will need, to wrap, also, doesnt form well at all. im seriously thinking this is a cheap knockoff of bolteron. but i could be wrong and bolteron just doesnt make good holsters
