I originally bought this for just some trinkets and a small TV. Then my husband and son were goofing off while we were putting it together and I realized not only how much weight it could hold, but also the quality, sturdiness and how nice looking it is. I bought another about a week later and plan to buy more. Great product!!

Looks great, fully adjustable, and sturdy as a rock.These wire shelves are of a thicker gauge than any other wire shelves I have used in the past. I was surprised by how heavy the box was, as I have previously ordered even larger wire shelves that weighed half as much!The "Black Anthracite" is the color of the epoxy outer layer, and has nothing to do with the actual metal. It is a black and silver speckled pattern that is pleasing to the eye, and gives some texture.I was able unpackage and assemble the entire unit by myself with nothing other than a rubber mallet and my keychain, in about an hour.The only issue I had was in shipping. The box had a large dent in the side where something large and round clearly collided with it. This caused one of the leg poles to pop out of its normal location in the box and wedge itself between two shelves. The un-epoxied threaded end of the leg scraped a bit of epoxy off the inner side of one of the shelves. The "Black Anthracite" color hid it well and I only noticed it because I specifically checked the area for damage. I could probably have ignored it, but I chose to apply a coat of my own epoxy to the region to prevent possible rust issues in the future.TIP: Single lines are 1 inch apart, double lines are 1 foot apart. Makes placing your shelves a lot quicker.

Easy to put together...I bought 4 wheels at Lowes for $24 because I wanted it to be easy to move in laundry area if needed. Well made and worth the money!!

I have purchased five of these shelving units. Two of them were purchased only to add more shelves to the remaining three. They are sturdy for hundreds of pounds of products. I am glad I bought wheels. Otherwise they would virtually impossible to move on carpet without emptying the shelves. Even then, it might require two people. (See photo of Black Anthracite.)

Looking at another product, I read a review that it was of cheap quality, and that I should buy this shelf instead. Don’t know about the original shelf I was looking at, but this one lives up to the reviewer’s claim of a better shelving unit. Solid and sturdy. The plastic pressure pieces always annoy me, but I have to admit they do work, and most shelving units use them unless you pay top dollar for industrial shelving.
