How do yiu set it up?** A: Unscrew the panel on back with a teeny tiny screwdriver. Then you can put the batteries in. Turn it to "A" and hold down the "REC" button while you speak (up to 10 seconds). Then press "play". **Q: How long will it play at once? If I leave it with him.** A: I went to work at 7am and got home at 530. and it was still playing. I spoke sweetly and slowly and he still loves it a year later. he learned to say ,sweet JoJo and gimme kisses from it. Great toy. June **Q: Are Modes A & B only different playback modes or can user also record a separate message on each Mode and then play each message back 2 ways?** A: No, you can't record separate messages. The message is the same on a and b. Other than that, this is a fantastic little device. It's way better than I imagined it to be. And the batteries last forever, even if you're playing it for hours and hours every day. I would definitely buy it again, if this one ever wears out. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ conforme *by P***N on 2 September 2019* produit très bien! livraison rapide et conforme. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GREAT TEACHER !! *by J***T on 21 December 2020* MY WIFE LOVES IT, KEEPS THE BIRD COMPANY AND TEACHES SOME WORDS WHEN NOBODY IS HOME. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good buy *by A***W on 28 November 2020* Works well ## Frequently Bought Together - Prevue Hendryx 62900 Mimic Me Voice-Recording Unit for Birds Green Small - Bird Stand Perch Toy, Interactive Spinning Parakeet Toys, Wooden Exercise Wheel Parrot Toy, Enrichment Cockatiel Toy for Birds Cage, Bird Cage Accessories Perch Toys for Budgies (S) - Bird Toys Bird Rope Perch with Bell Colorful Bird Chewing Shredding Foraging Toys Parakeet Toy Parrot Swing Climbing Standing Hanging Toys Bird Cage Accessories for Conure Cockatiel Budgies Lovebird --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.jp/products/301369292-prevue-hendryx-62900-mimic-me-voice-recording-unit-for-birds](https://www.desertcart.jp/products/301369292-prevue-hendryx-62900-mimic-me-voice-recording-unit-for-birds) --- *Product available on Desertcart Japan* *Store origin: JP* *Last updated: 2026-10-08*
