Dexter-Russell Dexter 6" Flexible Fillet Knife

This purchase is my third Dexter V-Lo knife, I really like them!! These knives have a fantastic, hand filling grip that provides a firm hold even with wet hands. The blade holds and takes an "edge" better than most knives in this price range. Worth the money. As a bonus they are made in the USA!

The knife its not stiff enough for me

It came very sharp, looks very well made. The handle feels very secure in my hand.
