Have been using this for a week now and satisfied with the sound quality and conference call experience. I have used it with both zoom and MS teams on Windows 10 and overall integration experience is really nice when using the provided dongle. Ps: I am not using this for listening to music or taking phone calls. Hence won’t be able to comment on that. Needless to say the battery life is amazing. Easily two working days without recharging. Overall no complaints and a good headset for taking conference calls.

Worked really well - paired quickly, sound quality and mic quality was quite impressive. The dongle makes life quite easy for pairing with the laptop. The build quality, though solid, started giving an issue pretty soon. The audio on the right speaker comes and goes - need to look out for warranty support now. Update: It took a while, but Jabra replaced the unit, no questions asked. The replaced unit has been working well without issues since.

Worth the money. Specially if you are using it for conference calls and mobile phones. It is very easy to switch between your laptop and mobile. The range is also good and it is comfortable over the ears.

Go for it, without another thought. Excellent quality!

Simply impressed. The noise cancellation microphone works amazingly well. I stood right next to the TV Soundbar (High Volume) and attended an MS Teams Meeting, colleagues on the other end barely heard any background noise. The operational range is good but is better when the is a clear line of sight. Crackling is apparent when I move two rooms away in my apartment. Bluetooth connectivity to phone and laptop is so seamless. This is money well spent especially working from home with a 3 year old around.

I have been having issues with headset as I was intending to use it for work with MS teams and avaya. They can barely understand what I am saying because it kept on cutting out like I am using a radio and I am almost out of range. I then tried using it as wireless headphone for my phone for youtube and spotify and audio was cutting out as well. I spoke with Jabra support and they had me reset the dongle the headset update the firmware and make sure it is charged up and same results. If I can give this a negative star I would I gave 1 star for noise cancellation because no one can understand what I am saying or I cannot even watch one utube video without the audio cutting out. I guess it is cancelling more than just the noise I gave 1 star for sound quality because it was cutting out ... a lot I gave 1 star for battery life because what is the point of having it charged up if it keeps on cutting out.

Gostei bastante do produto. Só o preço que é bem alto, fora isso ele é perfeito.

I used it for two hours, it was so uncomfortable and if fact it was unbearable. It hurted my head so much.. never had a pair of headphone which caused such discomfort before. The mic is OK to block out some background noises. Colleagues could still hear my dog barking but not too bad.
