Excellent and very budget friendly. I used to use another kind, but needed a large quantity and this has a good high mg. This is a very important supplement. An importance that can't be stressed enough.

It takes about a couple of weeks for your body to adapt. At first, I took it with breakfast but it made me nauseous and highly fatigued. Switched to taking it with dinner and that works much better. See what works for you. It's a quality product at a fair price. It does work, I have more energy to get through my day. I recommend reading up on DIM so you have a full understanding of this product.

I'm giving this 5 stars because it definitely does something. I had a great month or two taking it, then I crashed hard and had to stop. These do have an affect, just watch yourself and make sure that you actually need them. I also hit perimenopause about the same time I was taking them, so that may account for my crash. No taste and easy to take with liquid!

I had really bad cystic acne that started in my late 20s and nothing helped. Nothing worked. I read about this stuff in an article online and thought "why not?" I'm really glad I found it. My cystic acne cleared up in only a couple of weeks and now I almost never get even one pimple.

Took product for about 3mn, I did not have any nausea with the product but what I noticed was I had a mild headache. My urine was an orange color or pinkish brown. I thought at first it was another supplement. I do stay very well hydrated and have optimal kidney function so this really bothers me. When I stopped taking this supplement, my urine went right back to being clear. I have noticed my mood is terrible when taking this. It did not improve my energy at all infact it seemed to make me have low energy. I have been off of it for about 5 days and I already feel more like myself. I am not sure if this is brand related or the actual DIM supplement related but either way for now I am not taking it.
