My daughter is 112lbs and 5'3". She usually wares a size S but we bought a M after reading the reviews. Good thing we did as it was the right choice. The front is very basic but the back is where all the fun is. It doesn't seem to ride up so that is a big plus.

The body suit part fit perfectly but the straps in the back were a little loose. But my daughter really likes it because it is so unique.
