MSI G27CQ4, 27" Gaming Monitor, 2560 x 1440 (QHD), VA, 165Hz, FreeSync, HDMI, Displayport, Tilt

I got this monitor for my desk setup as I’m a software engineer and like screen space. I also play some pc games on my downtime. It works great for both. 2k looks very good and has great refresh rate. Don’t need more than 165hz when running 2k. One thing I like is that it looks very elegant. Can blend in well at a office or a gaming setup. When I bought this monitor I was worried about getting broken pixels because of other reviews talking about quality control. This would have been a big problem for me as I am looking at this screen many hours a day while working. When the monitor arrived it was the first thing I checked. 0 broken pixels. No issues. Overall I think it’s worth it.

Got this monitor for my brand new i7-12700K/RTX 3070 setup. It's very good, has crisp colors and very high contrast, as well as quite a bit of settings you can mess around with to get the display to your liking. It's also very bright and despite the name saying it's full HD it's 1440p and it also has GSync/FreeSync support.It has a little backlight bleed on several spots on the screen when it's not displaying anything, but surprisingly when the screen is showing a very dark image they're not nearly as noticeable as they seem, it also has a little bit of ghosting at higher framerates.Overall, with the specs it has it's probably one of the best monitors you can get for the price unless you decide to go past the $400 price range.

Great for someone on a budget, and if you are upgrading from an older 1080p monitor capped at a 60Hz refresh rate(like me), this thing will blow your mind with how smooth everything feels while gaming. Might update this as i get more time with it, only had it about a week.Cons:No HDR, would have sucked ass anyway at this price point, doesnt bother me though.VA panel, nuff said, wish it was IPS but at the price, i can deal with it(and you should too)Included HDMI cable ... would not work with my Desktop or Laptop. I may have gotten a bad cable, but something to note. I expected it to not work with my laptop(its old AF circa 2013), but after building my new pc. it was shocking to see it also didnt work plugged into a 3070... Displayport works just fine.Pros:Price.1500R curve is just right imo for flight sims like dcs if you only have one monitor.The on screen menu is relatively easy to operate due to the joystick input.

I love the monitor. With my RTX 3070 and 1440p, it makes gaming so much more enjoyable. The better refresh rate, the better your performance will be. I have alot more workspace with 1440p than I did with my 1080p 60hz monitor. Also the color and the display itself is just amazing, and that's what I like most about my monitor. I'm also a big fan of MSI products as I have a laptop from them as well. Overall, I'm very much satisfied with this product.

It’s a 165hz, 2K monitor. It’s becoming a bit outdated at this point but if you can get it for around 125, it’s not a bad deal.It’s not exceptional in any way, but it doesn’t really do anything poorly, it’s an all around average 2K monitor with standard features.It’s panel has very slight ghosting issues but if you’re looking at this as an upgrade then you’d never know.

Nice clear picture, no noticeable picture bleeding, no dead pixels. It's just a solid 2k monitor for a darn good price, I would definitely buy again! Also, if you are trying to decide between the cured or straight monitor, go curved, it really does feel more emersive.

First monitor was defective and powered the LED once and no more. Amazon replaced it quickly and the 2nd monitor worked correctly. Very impressed by visuals and sharpness, color quality is great. I'll stick with MSI for my monitor needs.

This was perfect for my son’s gaming computer. I recommend it for sure.
