Invincible Marine Folding Drink Holder (Black)

I looked at many different cup holders to mount on my boat. I decided to go for this one because the price was good and matched very close to the one which came with the boat. I was looking at getting a metal cup holder, but the cost was so much higher that I could not justify it.It installed very easy. It comes with four wood threaded screws that appear to be made of stainless (great for corrosion resistance). You will need to get a different type of screw if you are mounting this to a metal panel. If your gunwales are angled too far to hold cups straight enough, you can put some washers or spacers behind the two top holes and get some longer screws. The screws that come with it are long enough for about two or three washers to get a few degrees of a straighter angle. My gunwales are made of ½" thick marine plywood, so the screws did not protrude through the backside where there is a narrow compartment containing my steering and electrical cables.The plastic surrounding the screw holes is a good thickness for durability and have the proper countersink for the included screw heads. There are a total of six screw holes molded in the back panel. This allows you to choose the best configuration for screw placement depending on your mounting surface and mounting location.The two circular arms that hold the cup are adjustable so it can hold regular water bottles or be made larger to hold large size fast food cups (not extra large sizes). The click stops for the adjustable size positions are very solid.When tested on the wavy water, it held the cups well and did not seem flimsy. In the folded position, the lid did not come loose from the rough waves.

Like the idea of this product, but it will not stay in closed position & thats part of the idea of this cup holder

Folding drink holder works as expected. I installed this in my Jeep and have gotten many compliments on it, as well as a consistent series of dry laps (drink holder is mounted on dash above passengers lap). There is not a locking mechanism to keep this item closed when folded shut, but I have not had it fall open even on a bumpy trail. The upper jaws are not terribly secure, but again, I have not had them fail to hold the drink/bottle. I will buy again if this one fails.

Not what I was expecting. The unit needs to be secured so that it folds down (attached to a wall rather than a table top). Didn't fit my needs as a result. The grab handles look like they would do okay with a can or short wide cup, but I'm not sure how well they would grab a taller thinner bottle like a 12oz beer bottle.

Its inexpensive and does hold a variety if cup sizes with the adjustable pincers. unfortunately it broke the 1st day I installed it. The bottom part the cup/can rests on snapped right at the hinge point. All in all, an ok product but handle it line a 3rd century vase or it will break

we have been using these for years in the Miata. Bought another one for the Jeep.

The first time I ordered, it came as a set of two. I liked it enough (for the price) to order again. This time, I only got one for the same price I paid for two. I returned it. For the price, I didn't want just one.

This is attached to the inner faring of my Honda Super Cub. It holds a standard size ceramic coffee cup with a large handle. Only spills when I hit a pothole. Love it, and the price.
