Maybelline New York Baby Lips Moisturizing Lip Balm 3-pack, Lip Care Essentials, 3 Shades

I love these! I've always been a lip balm girl, and this 3-pack is a great value. The balms glide on smoothly, keep my lips feeling soft and moisturized, and add just the right touch of color. They're perfect for those days when I want a little something on my lips without wearing a full lipstick. I keep one in my purse, one by my bedside, and one in the car because I never like being without lip balm. The formula feels comfortable, not sticky, and helps keep my lips from getting dry. If you love a good lip balm as much as I do, you'll probably enjoy these. Cute shades, great moisture, and easy to wear every day. Definitely a repurchase for me!

⁦I like this lip balm by Maybelline. This is my first time trying it. I read another review where someone said that it does help moisturize your lips like other lip balms, but it also does add a little color to your lips if you are using one of the color lip balms. It doesn't leave color the way a lip stick would, but it leaves just enough color to notice and compliment your lips on a natural scale of beauty. I find that to be a plus. It smells nice like candy. It doesn't have any flavor. That's fine I guess, but I tend to like lip balms and lip glosses that have flavor. Most lip balms /lip gloss don't have flavor, a few do. For this to be a lip balm and not a lip gloss, I find it to be cool. I leave the lips with a nice gentle sheen to them as well (not as shiny as a gloss, but a nice sheen that makes the lips naturally more complimented). The packaging it comes in says it has shea butter, vitamin e, and honey in it as part of the ingredients. It has a lot of artificial ingredients in it as well that I'm not too fond of as I usually only wear all natural or organic lip balms. But it should still be fine to use sometimes as I tend to switch up between using my other lip balms and lip gloss products.⁩

Baby Lips are one of the best purchases I ever made. There is nothing like them! They are a pure joy as they glide along your lips. My lips are softer, better hydrated, and have a light gloss. In cool, modern, artsy color cases. I just bought another 3-pk. One is clear and so silky, another a tinge "medicated" (like Blistex but no medicine smell), and the third is hybiscus-color which make your lips med. pink color. Baby Lips are really kind of...addictive! You must try them (they are available in grocery/drug stores as well as Amazon - in pks of 1 or 2). Go get 'em, girls!

My daughter got me started buying these and at 80 years old I find them so moisturizing and smooth to apply that they are now my go to lip balm. The variety is so nice; one with light color, one perfect for night moisturizing, and they all stay on for hours.

I think Baby Lips feels better than Carmex (thanks babe, I said it). Super smooth, hydrating, I decided to try the trio pack, i m not a fan but still a good buy.

As others have mentioned, this pack has been revised and no longer includes a balm for sun protection. I personally am fine with this, as I already own a wonderful balm for that purpose which I purchased elsewhere. For my own purposes, this set is fantastic. The medicated balm healed a reaction I had from another product I had used prior to receiving the set. After 3 days, my lip was no longer swollen and I can now eat and drink without feeling a painful, burning sensation. It really surprised me considering some of the awful things I had read over the years about maybelline cosmetics. I even checked every ingredient online before I used it, and all ingredients except the mica are completely safe for use in this application. The primary reason I bought this set, though, is that I have occasional cyanosis (bluing) of my lips due to chronic illness. I normally do not wear any makeup whatsoever unless I need to attend a formal or professional event (maybe once a year). I needed something to make me at least appear healthy in public, but not a full coverage lipstick or a gloss that smells like plastic. "Cherry me" is about as good as it gets. It makes my lips appear natural and healthy. I was able to attend an event at my child's school without being stared at by other parents, or hear any young children make innocent observations that sometimes unintentionally cause me to feel uncomfortable. To me, the set is worth the price for this particular balm alone. I don't know if I will be using "quench" at all, as it is a shimmer with no pigment. Perhaps I will give it to someone else who can make use of it. If you do not mind the lack of sunscreen, I recommend trying this set.

My favorite through the years. Perfectly smooth filled with vitamins. As much as I always love to try new things, this are the only one I am leaving for years now. Please don't even discontinue them.
