These paints are super vibrant. I don't know how they will hold up in the long run. I was stupid and bought all 3 color versions (about $300) because they are packaged in such a way that you can't buy one and end up with a black, white, and the primary colors. I ended up with a bunch of bottles of colors that I probably won't ever use. Unfortunately, I spilled two bottles of colors that I will use and had to buy them separately again. I've layered and/or mixed a little of them with Windsor and Newton, Daniel Smith, and Schmincke Super Granulated tube watercolors. It worked, but again, time will tell. A very little goes a long way. Used with mid quality cold pressed and lower quality hot. On hot-pressed I ended up with a hot mess.

I'm very happy with the quality of the watercolour, is a huge investment but worth. The seller is very patient and answered all my questions, I highly recommend this seller and this watercolour

I ordered all three sets through Amazon, and whomever the seller was probably had these sitting on a shelf - needless to say, I believe these watercolors have a shelf life. The gradient in the bottles was so thick, no matter how much I shook it, I could t move it. I contacted Dr. PH. Martens and they let me choose - send glass beads to see if we could get the pigment moving or send new sets. I opted for the glass beads, maybe it was just because they were sitting. The glass beads didn’t help, the pigment was too thick. The company allowed me to send back the bad product and sent me knew ones which were 100% better. So saying that, great customer service and I love painting with the product

Overall very good quality. Strong colour saturation and perfect for mixing. However some of the droppers were plugged with pigment sediment. Had to clean them out with a needle, needed a very fine long needle to get it all out.
