Too predictable and vey short
Too predictable and very short. Why do I continue to buy these Cross books? I think Cross needs killing off, that’ll stop me wasting a tenner very year. I think Grandma must be 150+ by now!

One Of His Best!
I so rnjoyed this book, it is certainly one of his best. I love the Cross family and also his friend John Sampson, the loss of Billie his wife and this was quite moving as a piece of writing. The story itself was fast paced and the ending excellent. I did not find the outcome predictable at all, kept me going right to the end.My favourite books of mr pattersons are The Murder Club series but the cross ones come a close second.Thankyou for the pleasure you have given me over the years.

Gripping!
I liked the convoluted story which knitted together quite nicely. It did not jump about.. in the sense that the storyline remained straightforward and not mixed-up. I love James Patterson's eloquent styleGreat Alex Cross thriller who shows his human nature as well as his inquisitive and investigative style through the authors narrative.Recommended to all that love reading thrillers! this was "cannot put the down the book but turn over pages till the end" kinda book .Written by James Patterson in his inimitable style which I love.

Really good
Considering I have started to stop reading James Patterson books simply because they don't feel like they are actually him that has written them the co-authors have, I have found that the Alex cross novels never seem to falter. Always fast paced and full of mystery and this one was full of that. Also written just by No which just goes to show how different this series feels to the others. I will continue to read the Alex cross novels and the women's murder club as they have been consistently good throughout.

Compelling
Compelling reading a page turner. Paterson frustrates me too often, tries new writers, subject matter, styles etc and has some stinkers which is too be expected. Then he returns to one he knows best, resulting in a great 👍read.
